X/B/JXJ Series Cycloidal Reducers
Overview
X, B and JXJ series cycloidal reducers use a cycloidal wheel and pin-wheel transmission. They provide compact coaxial or inline drive arrangements for conveyors, mixers, handling equipment and other machinery requiring a large reduction ratio.
Components
1. Housing: Cast iron.
2. Gearset: Cycloid wheel and pin wheel.
3. Input configurations: Solid input shaft, IEC motor flange, AC motor, brake motor, explosion-proof motor, variable-speed motor or hydraulic-motor configuration, subject to selection.
4. Output configurations: Keyed solid output shaft.

- Compact transmission layout with stable, low-noise operation.

Two-Stage Selection Range
X32, X42, X53, X63, X64, X74, X84, X85, X95, X106 and X117 configurations cover 0.25–15 kW with ratios from 121:1 to 1849:1. Final torque and shaft dimensions must be confirmed for the selected combination.
Installation, Lubrication and Cooling
Foot-mounted and flange-mounted configurations are available. Smaller models may use grease lubrication; larger selected models use oil-bath and splash lubrication or oil-pump circulation lubrication. Cooling is natural. Confirm the actual lubrication method, mounting position, motor power, service factor and thermal duty before ordering.
